Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Hands ("we", "us") collects, why, and what control you have. The short version: we collect what the game needs to function, we don't sell it, and you can erase all of it in one tap.

1. What we collect

• Account data — an anonymous account id created on first launch; your display name; and if you choose them, a username, an avatar selection, and the identifier provided by Apple or Google sign-in.
• Gameplay data — hands played, token balance and transaction history, XP, streaks, leaderboard standing, friendships, and table activity including chat messages.
• Purchase data — store transaction identifiers and product ids used to credit tokens. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple; we never see them.
• Device data — a push-notification token and timezone if you enable notifications, and basic diagnostics needed to run the service.

2. What we use it for

Running the game: authenticating you, maintaining balances and leaderboards, enabling friends and live tables, delivering the notifications you opt into, crediting purchases, and preventing fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data.

3. Third parties

• Apple / Google sign-in — used only to verify your identity when you link an account.
• RevenueCat — processes purchase events so tokens can be credited.
• Google AdMob — serves optional rewarded ads and may collect device identifiers under Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts our servers and database.

4. What other players see

Your display name, username, avatar, level, streaks, and leaderboard values are visible to other players. Friends can additionally see your token balance. Chat messages are visible to everyone at your table.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. Settings → Delete account permanently erases your profile, balances, history, friendships, and push tokens from our systems immediately. Purchase records required for accounting may be retained where the law demands it.

6. Children

Hands is rated for ages 17+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child is using Hands, contact us and we will delete the account.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. The in-app deletion covers erasure; for anything else, email us.

8. Changes and contact
